Welcome to Intrvw. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Intrvw desktop application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Intrvw, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Intrvw is a desktop software application that provides real-time, AI-generated suggestions and answers based on audio and on-screen content you choose to capture. Intrvw is intended as a preparation and assistance tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using Intrvw you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Intrvw lawfully and ethically. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service, including ensuring your use complies with the rules, policies, and codes of conduct of any examination, interview, employer, or institution. We do not encourage or endorse any use that violates such rules.

4. Free Trial & Paid Plans

Intrvw offers a limited free trial. After the trial, continued use of AI features requires a paid plan or credits. Plan details and prices are shown on our pricing page and within the app. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Cashfree Payments. By making a purchase you also agree to the payment processor's terms. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Intrvw software, branding, and content belong to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and using any output at your own discretion. We are not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrvw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
