Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Intrvw. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
1. Free Trial
Every user gets a free trial before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to make sure Intrvw works well on your device and meets your needs before buying any plan.
2. Credit Packs (3 Hours, 7 Hours)
Credit packs are one-time purchases of usage time. Because access is granted instantly upon payment, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been used. If you have not used any of the purchased credits, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
3. Subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly)
Subscription plans grant unlimited access for the chosen period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated; you will not be charged again automatically.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@intrvw.app with your order ID and the reason for your request. We review every request fairly and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Cashfree Payments. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits that have already been substantially used.
- Requests made after the eligible refund window.
- Issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g. your internet connection or device incompatibility you were warned about during the free trial).
