1. Information We Collect

• Account & payment data: When you make a purchase, our payment partner (Cashfree) collects the details needed to process the transaction. We receive only a confirmation of payment and an order ID — never your card or banking details.
• Resume content: If you upload a resume, its text is stored locally on your device and sent to our AI provider only to generate personalised answers.
• Audio & screen captures: When you trigger a capture, the relevant audio clip or screenshot is sent to our AI provider for transcription and answer generation. These are processed in real time and are not stored by us afterwards.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to provide the Service — transcribing questions, generating answers, processing your payments, and maintaining your usage credits. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Local Storage

Your session history, resume, and usage credits are stored locally on your own computer. They are not uploaded to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate Intrvw:

• AI processing — to transcribe audio and generate answers.
• Cashfree Payments — to securely process payments.

These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Audio clips and screenshots are used only for immediate processing and are not retained by us. Payment records are kept as required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your locally stored history and resume at any time from within the app. For any data request, contact us at support@intrvw.app.

8. Children's Privacy

Intrvw is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
